The way dates are moved doesn't seem to have any fact based intelligent logic.
Thanks.. I was about to create a table myself based on the archived bulletins..
However, there isnt much to infer - as you say there doesnt seem to be any logic in the movement of dates. The lack of transparency is quite frustrating.:mad:

I also got the same message. But it says document mailed and not as Travel Document approved. What does this mean?. IS the AP approved or any RFE on the AP??:confused:

I reside in Minnesota. My H1 expired in Dec 2006. Applied for 3 year H1 extension in Oct 2006 based on approved I-140. H1 extension approved on Feb 5, 2007. I received H4 extensions for my family. My H1 extension was lost in the mail. Contacted USCIS on phone a minimum 100 times and local senator's office. Local senator's office called the DMV and requested they extend my license temporarily for 3 months. Meanwhile I filed I-824 for duplicate copy and my lawyer filed I-907 for premium processing. Both were rejected. Last night I searched through google and sent mail to 4-5 mail addresses at CSC. Also called CSC for the last 2-3 days. Today I got a mail "Duplicate notice sent." I do not know whether it is a duplicate approved notice or instructions on how to reapply. Life is hell if document is lost in mail.

In VA can we extend Driving License with receipt notice of h1 extension .

I went to the VA DMV in Sterling yesterday and the person there refused to renew my DL based on my original H1B extension extension RECEIPT Notice, saying there is no 'Date' on this document. :mad: These ppl are too dumb. It says clearly on DMV's website - they will give you a 1 yr extension IF there is no date on that document. Need to take a lawyer and paralegal along next time... :confused:

These visa bulletins, and EAD renewals, and H-1B extensions are not going to cut it for those who want GC's sooner than later. Please help IV to help you.

Since on 2nd July they said they will reject the AOS application, what if they would have done some rejection during that time, and by the time July filers get their application back, it is after 17th of August. In that circumstance, can you send the AOS application back arguing USCIS's mistake and ask them to take it back after 08/17 and would they take it back politely or reject it again.

My guess is in Oct or Nov 2007 PD would retrogress to jan/may-2004 for EB3 India. So hang in there guys!!..They will approve a lot of cases with older RD by Sept 30. They are hell bent on not wasting any visa numbers henceforth."
